About The Team

Our Client Success team partners with healthcare and pharmacy clients to maximize the value of our solutions and services. We serve as trusted advisors, helping customers improve operational performance, financial outcomes, and overall business results through data-driven insights, collaboration, and innovative technology. The team works closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Implementation, and Support to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term client success.

What You'll Do

- Manage client onboarding, expansion, renewal, and cancellation activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that support retention, satisfaction, and business growth.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer support teams and help resolve complex client issues.
- Conduct business reviews and performance discussions, communicating key trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Present product capabilities, service offerings, and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify customer risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities and recommend strategic solutions.
- Audit invoices and billing activity to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements.
- Evaluate reimbursement performance, billing effectiveness, and cash flow trends to support financial success.
- Partner with Sales and internal teams to align customer expectations, implementation plans, and service delivery.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Leverage AI-powered tools, automation technologies, and business intelligence solutions to improve reporting, analytics, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate store implementations with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Sales, Client Services, and Implementation.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account documentation, and pharmacy store data within business systems.
- Ensure responsible use of technology and AI solutions in compliance with company security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Skills You’ll Need

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Relationship Management, Healthcare Operations, Healthcare Technology, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to independently manage customer relationships and deliver measurable business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting operational, financial, or healthcare-related data.
- Experience presenting business insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholder audiences.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, and business reporting tools.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, analytics solutions, or business intelligence tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through collaboration, expertise, and relationship management.

Preferred Skills

- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Experience within Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), healthcare technology, healthcare services, or medical billing environments.
- Knowledge of National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) telecommunications standards.
- Understanding of pharmacy operations, reimbursement processes, and healthcare technology solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Salesforce AI capabilities, or similar AI-enabled technologies.
- Experience leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and workflow optimization tools to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through project leadership, mentoring, or cross-functional influence.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$75,800 - $126,300
