Job Summary

The Pharmacy Contracts & Member Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Retail Banner Group (RBG) through the accurate preparation, administration, and execution of pharmacy agreements, as well as the seamless onboarding of new member pharmacies. This role ensures contract compliance, maintains precise digital records, and delivers an exceptional onboarding experience by coordinating across RBG Members, Account Team, Business Development, Support Functions, Pharmacy Programs, Pharma Distribution, Category Management, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

A.Contract Administration & Documentation

- Prepare, validate, and process banner & enterprise agreements, schedules, amendments, waiver letters, addendums, NDAs, and various supporting documents

- Prepare other legal documents for review and execution (ie. amendments, waiver letters, NDAs, and addendums)

- Ensure all contract exceptions are reviewed and approved by appropriate leadership

- Partner with Business Development Executives to confirm member alignment

- Coordinate distribution of finalized agreements to Finance and Legal

- Manage Docusign workflows to ensure timely circulation and signatures

- Maintain accurate contract databases and digital filing systems

B.New Pharmacy Onboarding & Member Experience

- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for RBG pharmacies

- Collaborate with the Member Account Team and Commercial Operations on new account setup

- Align with the Pharmacy Programs team and Senior Associate Client Management to facilitate effective Opening Orders

- Serve as main point of contact for onboarding inquiries

- Coordinate internal communication for successful member integration

Key Requirements

- Business Administration degree/diploma or 3–5 years related experience
- General understanding of healthcare or pharmacy industry
- Experience in data analysis and systems/database management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and SAP are assets
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Team-oriented with a flexible and professional approach
- Occasional travel required

Communications

- External communication with members, bookkeepers, landlords, legal counsel, and vendors

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$66,200 - $88,300
