About this role
The Finance Manager, FP&A – Corporate Services is a strategic finance partner responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis across Corporate Services functions, including Legal, CHRO, Real Estate, Enablement and others as required. The role provides actionable financial insights, supports business cases and strategic initiatives, identifies expense optimization opportunities, and develops financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and communication skills, progressive finance experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A CPA designation is preferred.

The FP&A Manager will:
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Corporate Services leaders, providing insight and decision support across all financial matters.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning for assigned functions.
- Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of insights.
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis focused on drivers, implications, and recommended actions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and track expense optimization and efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and review business cases for new and ongoing initiatives, challenging assumptions and assessing financial viability.
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support capital allocation and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure financial reporting complies with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement finance best practices to improve processes, reporting, and decision support.
- Lead special projects and provide ad-hoc analysis as required.
To be successful as an FP&A Manager with People Corporation, you will need:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, forecasting, and analytical tools.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business modeling.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
- High level of accountability, adaptability, and ownership.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive alignment across teams.

The base salary for this position is between $105,000 - $120,000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
