About this role

Last Energy seeks a full-time Site Administrator to provide dedicated non-licensed administrative and operational support at our RELLIS campus facility. This role will support the day-to-day administrative, logistics, and facility readiness work that keeps the site running smoothly. The Site Administrator will be the operational backbone of the RELLIS campus. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role well suited to someone who takes pride in keeping things running behind the scenes at a first-of-its-kind nuclear facility.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Own the daily receiving process — accepting deliveries, verifying packing slips, logging incoming materials, and ensuring shipments reach the correct bays or storage areas accurately and on time

- Maintain organized, up-to-date inventory of site supplies, consumables, and equipment; proactively restock common areas and flag low-inventory items before they become a problem

- Manage QSHE training record filing, scanning, and log updates — maintaining complete, current, and audit-ready compliance documentation at all times

- Conduct regular site walks to identify housekeeping issues, supply needs, or facility maintenance items, and coordinate or escalate resolution as appropriate

- Support facility maintenance coordination by logging work orders, tracking open items, and following up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion

- Serve as the on-site point of contact for deliveries, vendor visits, and facility access logistics, coordinating with security and plant management as needed

- Maintain digital and physical filing systems using Google Suite — keeping training logs, delivery records, safety files, and routine site documentation organized and accessible

- Support worker safety readiness by ensuring common areas, walkways, and work spaces are clean, organized, and free of hazards

- Assist Plant Management and SROs with administrative tasks as directed, freeing technical staff to focus on licensed and safety-critical work

- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities throughout the day — balancing routine tasks with urgent site needs as they arise

Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in an administrative, warehouse, light industrial, logistics, or facilities support role

- Computer and digital filing literacy — comfortable working in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for records management and routine documentation

- Comfortable with receiving and material handling — accepting shipments, verifying packing slips, organizing inventory, and safely moving packages and supplies

- Proactive and self-directed; takes initiative to keep work spaces, common areas, and inventory organized without being asked

- Warehouse, light industrial, or site operations experience is a plus

- Exposure to basic safety record-keeping, QSHE documentation, or compliance files is a plus

- Experience with receiving, inventory logging, or shipping logistics is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through — nothing falls through the cracks

- Calm and adaptable under pressure; able to reprioritize quickly when competing needs arise simultaneously

- Comfortable working in an active industrial or construction-phase facility environment
