What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead regional critical environment engineering operations across multiple mission-critical facilities, ensuring operational consistency, maximum uptime, and alignment with client and JLL performance standards.

- Serve as a senior technical escalation point during critical incidents, coordinating emergency response efforts, root cause analysis investigations, corrective actions, and client communications.
- Manage and support rigorous change management processes, including review and approval of MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and ServiceNow change requests for mission-critical infrastructure activities.
- Conduct regional site inspections, operational audits, redundancy validation exercises, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to support operational initiatives, infrastructure lifecycle planning, sustainability efforts, and continuous service enhancements.
- Monitor operational performance metrics including uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PUE, and thermal performance data to drive informed decision-making and operational optimization.
- Support a workplace culture where everyone is empowered to thrive by championing collaboration, professional development, inclusivity, and wellbeing across regional engineering teams.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field; or equivalent critical environment operations experience.

- Demonstrated expertise managing critical infrastructure systems including UPS systems, emergency power generation, precision cooling systems, electrical distribution equipment, fire suppression systems, and building automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of mission-critical operational standards, preventative maintenance programs, redundancy configurations, and change management procedures.
- Experience with CMMS platforms such as Corrigo, DCIM systems, and change management tools including ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, electrical safety standards, OSHA requirements, and industry best practices including Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, TIA-942, and NFPA standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear operational guidance and client-focused solutions.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region and support emergency response activities outside standard business hours when required.
