We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.

- Seek Excellence.

- Be Selective To Be Effective.

- Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.

- Disagree Transparently.

- Encourage Independent Decision-Making.

- Build Dream Teams.

Who You Are:

You are a senior construction executive who has delivered multiple phases of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure and knows what it takes to run a campus, not just a project. You lead leaders. You build teams that execute safely and predictably, and you hold contractors and partners to a high standard. You are equally comfortable walking a live site and presenting schedule, cost, and risk to executive stakeholders. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure delivered right, and delivered on time.

What You’ll Do:

As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. You will lead a team of senior construction managers, each accountable for a phase or scope, and set the standards, cadence, and accountability that keep the campus aligned on safety, schedule, cost, and quality. You will be the single point of accountability for construction at Helios, from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations. At peak, the Helios campus workforce on site is expected to exceed 2,000 people.

- Lead and Develop the Campus Construction Team: Directly manage the on-site construction team on active and future phases at Helios, which will include project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, and CSA leaders, as well as field construction managers. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build bench strength as the campus grows.

- Own Campus-Level Delivery: Provide integrated oversight of construction across all phases, resolving cross-phase conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.

- Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the campus master schedule view. Monitor progress against baseline, identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones.

- Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards across the campus. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.

- Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.

- Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.

- Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.

- Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3 rd party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.

- Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.

- Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.

- Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.

- Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.

- 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.

- Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.

- Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.

- Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.

- Proven track record managing OFCI equipment integration and commissioning.

- Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.

- Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.

- Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)

Bonus Points:

- A track record of leading and developing high-performing construction teams.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technial and executive stakeholders.

- Sound jugement under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.

- A commitment to safety, quality, and executional excellence.

- A passion for building world-class infrastructure that supports the growth of the digital economy.

What We Offer:

- Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus

- Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
