About the Role
As the leader in global diagnostic services, Labcorp’s mission is to improve health and improve lives. Diagnostic Marketing serves as a critical commercial business partner across the company to support expanding access to innovative products and services, strengthening Labcorp brand leadership in specialized testing, leveraging digital technology to improve effectiveness, and prioritizing customer experience and engagement to drive long-term value for the company.
Within Diagnostic Marketing, the Director, Product Management leads portfolio strategy, commercialization excellence, and lifecycle management to ensure successful product performance, launches, and enhancements. This role aligns cross-functional stakeholders, represents the commercial perspective across R&D, Operations, and Market Access, and drives forecasting, resource planning, and operational efficiency. The director translates customer and business insights into portfolio decisions that expand margins, strengthen competitiveness, and support profitable growth.
The Director leverages AI as an embedded enabler of this work, accelerating analysis, content, and cross-functional coordination so that the director’s disease-domain expertise, regulatory judgment, and commercial strategy remain the foundation of every decision. AI in this role supports four modes of working: day-to-day workflow support (streamlining reviews, briefs, and status cycles), content acceleration (drafting and refining business cases, market summaries, and positioning inputs), decision enablement (synthesizing scientific, regulatory, and competitive signals into portfolio-ready evidence), and building or maintaining AI agents (configuring and stewarding purpose-built assistants that make recurring workflows repeatable across the team). AI is never the source of subject-matter authority or the basis of strategy; it strengthens and scales the director’s expertise and the team’s execution.

Pay Range : $150,000 - $165,000 annually + annual bonus eligibility.
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
