Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions for B2B Enterprise to join our team in!
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Positioning & Narrative Development for Healthcare Customers
- Develop marketing strategy for the assigned diagnostics portfolio, and support priority portfolios, product launches, and high-growth opportunities by creating differentiated positioning, value propositions, thought leadership, and sales enablement strategies.
- Create clear, evidence-based messaging and portfolio narratives that simplify scientific and technical complexity for Sales and internal teams.
- Oversee portfolio-level content and campaign development; partner with Customer Marketing for audience customization and external activation.
- Partner with Product Management, Medical/Science and clinical colleagues to translate product and services from technical aspects into clear, compelling storytelling that drives desired behavior.
- Partner with Customer Marketing who are audience/channel marketing experts to ensure the Portfolio Positioning and Narrative can be effectively adapted for different audiences to maximize customer engagement and business impact.
Market Intelligence, Performance Optimization & Measurement
- Analyze scientific trends, customer insights (across payers, providers, and health systems), and competitive intelligence to refine portfolio strategy, messaging, and content.
- Maintain ongoing feedback loops with Customer Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Field Activation, and Science to validate strategy and optimize materials.
- Own KPIs and performance dashboards for the portfolio; provide insights that guide strategic adjustments and resource prioritization.
- Present portfolio performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to franchise and commercial leadership.
Thought Leadership & Scientific Influence
- Lead portfolio-level thought leadership strategy and development, including insights, clinical narratives, and scientific trend analyses that reinforce Labcorp’s expertise across various healthcare audiences including payer, provider, patients, and health systems.
- Identify and engage KOLs, clinicians, and SMEs to strengthen scientific credibility, ensure clinical relevance, and inform portfolio strategy, sales enablement, and thought-leadership content.
- Lead multi-audience strategy for webinars, conferences, CEU/CME initiatives and work with Customer Marketing, Sales, Global Events, and Medical/science partners as subject matter experts to plan and execute with impact.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Work collaboratively with Product Management on the strategy and development of sales enablement materials, including selling messages, workflow explainers, objection handling, competitive tools, and portfolio-level sales playbooks.
- Equip Sales with the tools, insights, and training needed for confident, clinically credible customer conversations.
- Share competitive and market intelligence to support sales effectiveness; incorporate field feedback to refine messaging and develop new tools.
- Partner with Sales on priority accounts, blitzes, training, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
AI-Enhanced Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use AI to improve efficiency and execution: Leverage AI to accelerate content development, insight generation, and recurring workflows while maintaining ownership of strategic decisions and final outputs.
- Strengthen decision-making with AI-generated insights: Use AI to synthesize market, scientific, customer, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations that support portfolio strategy and decision-making.
- Improve information sharing across teams: Use AI to create and distribute clear, role-specific summaries that improve alignment across marketing, product, sales, science, and medical teams.
- Drive consistency across functions: Maintain shared AI tools, templates, and knowledge resources that promote consistent portfolio facts, positioning, terminology, and handoffs across teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 or more years’ experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors.
Additional Job Standards:
- Experience applying AI to accelerate portfolio marketing workflows, including positioning and narrative drafting, scientific and competitive monitoring, KOL and SME input synthesis, dashboard commentary, and sales enablement preparation, with clear judgment about where AI adds value and where human expertise must lead.
- Comfort configuring, prompting, and maintaining purpose-built AI agents or assistants for recurring portfolio marketing workflows, including setting guardrails, reviewing outputs, and keeping a human accountable for every recommendation.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-synthesized scientific, competitive, customer, and portfolio intelligence to strengthen positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market recommendations and cross-functional alignment, while treating AI output as a contributor to, never the source of, strategy.
- Experience using AI to standardize artifacts, terminology, and handoffs across adjacent marketing disciplines (Product Management, Solutions Marketing, Customer Marketing) to support consistent, cross-team execution.

This role strengthens Labcorp’s brand leadership, supports growth in high-value specialties, and enhances customer engagement through evidence-based, strategically grounded portfolio marketing.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions for B2B Enterprise shapes the positioning and narrative of their diagnostics portfolio, developing marketing strategies that support priority portfolios, product launches, and high-growth opportunities. This includes creating differentiated positioning, value propositions, thought leadership, and sales enablement that clearly articulate Labcorp’s scientific and clinical value.
A part of the core role is equipping Sales for high-impact customer engagement, translating complex scientific and technical information into clear, evidence-based messaging and developing the tools, resources, and training that enable confident, clinically credible conversations.
The Senior Manager also provides recommendations that inform the portfolio-level go-to-market strategies led by Customer Marketing and continuously evaluates market trends, scientific developments, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to refine strategy, strengthen differentiation, and guide portfolio decision-making.
The candidate must reside in the Boston, MA; Madison, WI; San Diego, CA; or Durham/Burlington, NC areas, located near a Labcorp hub. Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule, which includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

Pay Range: $115,000-$130,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
