About this role

What You Will Do:

GFT is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Director, Digital Delivery to lead the next evolution of digital project delivery across our enterprise.

This is an opportunity to help define how a leading infrastructure firm works in an increasingly digital future.

The Senior Director will partner across GFT's businesses and corporate functions to identify common needs, prioritize high-value investments, accelerate adoption, and establish consistent approaches to digital delivery. From common data environments and platform solutions to automation, AI, data, and emerging technologies, this leader will help ensure that innovation translates into better project delivery, stronger business performance, and differentiated value for our clients.

We're looking for a transformational leader who understands that business should drive technology—not the other way around. The successful candidate will combine digital fluency with business acumen, operational discipline, change leadership, and the ability to influence across a complex organization.

What You'll Be Challenged to Do

- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of reusable enterprise capabilities, including digital delivery standards, specifications, common tools, platform engineering solutions, templates, and Common Data Environment (CDE) architecture.
- Establish an enterprise service model for digital delivery, including technical guidance, quality enablement, deployment support, specialist resources, capacity planning, and surge support for priority projects and programs.
- Create governance and performance-management frameworks that establish clear decision rights, prioritization criteria, KPIs, resource allocation, risk and dependency management, executive reporting, and escalation processes.
- Champion the responsible application of AI, automation, data, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to improve productivity, quality, collaboration, decision-making, and client outcomes.
- Partner with project and business leadership to identify opportunities where digital capabilities can differentiate GFT in strategic pursuits and enhance the delivery of complex infrastructure programs.
- Lead change management, communications, training, and enablement strategies that help teams successfully adopt common standards, tools, platforms, and digital delivery practices.
- Establish meaningful measures of digital performance and value, using data and insights to evaluate adoption, business impact, client outcomes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build alignment across organizational boundaries, influencing leaders and teams to embrace enterprise solutions while balancing innovation with appropriate governance, security, privacy, compliance, and operational controls.
