Mentor/tutor needed to coordinate and implement drop-out prevention services for high school students in collaboration with the DOE staff and other CBOs on site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, individual and group counseling, recruitment, scheduling and supervision of 10-15 college undergraduate and graduate students who are tutors/mentors, the design and implementation of school-based programming including workshops, afterschool programs, college exploration, college advising, workforce development, academic and cultural enrichment. Will also help plan and facilitate positive social activities during holiday and summer breaks. Responsibilities will change with programs' needs. Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Range:

$17/hour
