What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced, fully remote team. Think of yourself as the detail-keeper behind the deals. You’ll work closely with our Talent Managers, creators, and brand partners to review and manage influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships - making sure contracts are accurate, organized, compliant, and protecting the interests of both our creators and our company.

Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company.
- Draft and modify contract templates.
- Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus.
