The GSSP Senior Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling Sales Leadership and supporting a rapidly growing sales organization through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and sales process optimization. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales reporting, advancing Salesforce utilization and user adoption, and implementing industry-leading tools and practices that improve sales performance. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Finance, and Marketing, as well as exceptional communication and business acumen.

What you will do

- Measure, analyze, and communicate business performance to enable data-driven decision-making and drive improved sales results across the BEWS Sales organization.
- Lead complex ad hoc analyses for strategic sales initiatives and programs, transforming ambiguous business challenges into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Operations to identify business opportunities, address sales challenges, and support organizational objectives.
- Develop, align, and communicate consistent performance assessments and reporting framework to track historical trends and business outcomes.
- Design and implement sales analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that enhance execution of sales strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Continuously optimize and automate systems, processes, and reporting tools to provide greater visibility into market dynamics, business performance, and competitive positioning.
- Create executive-level dashboards, presentations, and business reviews that deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and other demand-generation initiatives that support sales growth and business objectives.

The skills you bring

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven leadership experience with 10+ years of people management and team development.
- Demonstrated success supporting high-performing sales organizations in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, or related analytical functions.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and sales operations best practices.
- Ability to understand complex business challenges and assess their relationship to sales compensation and performance outcomes.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of driving projects to completion within established timelines.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support critical business needs, including evening work during month-end crediting cycles.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

The salary range for this position is

• New Jersey, New York: $145,500- $191,100

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan:  Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time  
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
