Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician Job Description As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards within our operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing compounding records, batch documentation, and logs, supporting quality investigations and corrective actions, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and controlled documents. You will monitor environmental records, such as temperature, humidity, and cleanroom data, and support audit readiness and inspection preparation. Additionally, you will assist with sterility, potency, and quality testing activities, working closely with pharmacists, technicians, production teams, and leadership. Responsibilities
- Review compounding records, batch documentation, and logs.
- Support quality investigations and corrective actions.
- Help maintain SOPs and controlled documents.
- Monitor environmental records including temperature, humidity, and cleanroom data.
- Support audit readiness and inspection preparation.
- Assist with sterility, potency, and quality testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists, technicians, production teams, and leadership.
Essential Skills
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or regulated environments.
- Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
- Sterile compounding experience highly preferred.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician experience
- Experience as a Sterile Compounding Technician, Quality Technician, QA Associate, QC Technician, Laboratory Technician, GMP Manufacturing Technician, or Pharmaceutical Production Technician.
- Experience in pharmacy, laboratory, healthcare, or pharmaceutical settings.
Work Environment Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 4 PM to 12 AM. The role offers a great opportunity to work in a growing operation with a long-term impact on quality and patient safety. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
