Title: Assistant Store Manager in Waiting

Reports To: Store Manager

Qualifications:

- Previous management or leadership experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a management career with Signet.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work successfully in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business results.

- Limited to external new hires only.

Program Expectations:

- The program is designed to develop and evaluate future retail leaders through hands-on experience in a store environment.
- Advancement into a leadership role is based on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and business needs.
- Team members who are not selected for a leadership role at the conclusion of the program will be placed into the appropriate Jewelry Consultant level based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, with any applicable compensation adjustment.
- Candidates should clearly understand program expectations, including the temporary developmental nature of the role and the potential outcomes at the end of the 180-day period.
