Title: Manager, Digital Marketing (Wine & Spirits)
Reports to: VP, Digital Marketing Strategy - Wine & Spirits
Location: New York, NY (In-office, 5 days a week)
The Role:
Roc Nation is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives for an assigned portfolio of wine and spirits brands (Ace of Spades and D’USSÉ), translating portfolio strategy into best-in-class consumer experiences that strengthen brand equity and drive commercial growth.
This position is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing plans across social media, CRM, email marketing, website, influencer partnerships, content production, e-commerce, and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, proactive, organized, and strategically minded, with a passion for luxury brands, culture, and premium consumer experiences. They are equally comfortable managing day-to-day execution while identifying opportunities to elevate brand performance.
You will collaborate closely with the VP of Digital Marketing Strategy, PR, Creative, agency partners and external vendors to deliver fully integrated marketing programs that support both brand-building and commercial objectives. This role owns an assigned portfolio of brand relationships and contributes directly to achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executes integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with portfolio and brand objectives
- Maintains annual brand marketing calendars across social media, CRM, website, email, experiential marketing, and key commercial initiatives
- Project Management: Uses Asana or other tools as directed by VP of Digital Marketing Strategy to ensure all team members are across deliverables, KPIs, and brand activities
- Identifies and drives opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth through digital marketing initiatives
- Leads day-to-day execution of digital campaigns from planning through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
- Conducts consistent performance reporting and campaign analysis, providing recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts
- Oversees assigned agency relationships, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with brand strategy
- Leads the development of content briefs, creative requests, and production timelines for photography, video, digital assets, and campaign creative
- Collaborates cross-functionally with PR, Creative, agency partners to execute integrated marketing initiatives
- Ensures approvals and processes are followed to maintain consistency and elevated brand identity
- Analyzes data and makes suggestions for continuous improvement
- Manages CRM and email marketing programs, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, execution, testing, and reporting
- Supports influencer and partnership initiatives from identification through execution and performance measurement
- Maintains brand consistency across all digital consumer touchpoints while ensuring compliance with company standards and alcohol marketing regulations
- Assists with annual planning, budget tracking, vendor management, and campaign forecasting
- Provides senior team support by preparing presentations, executive recaps, campaign summaries, and marketing reports
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with agency partners, distributors, retailers, hospitality partners, and internal stakeholders
- Tracks and updates campaign timelines, project status, deliverables, and marketing calendars to ensure successful execution across all initiatives
- Maintains and updates digital assets, campaign documentation, marketing calendars, and reporting tools
- Supports photoshoots, content production, experiential activations, industry events, and key brand initiatives as needed
- Seeks to understand and stay abreast of regulatory updates and protocol
- Actively contributes to annual business planning
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation within entertainment, music, or agency environments
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for talent, brands or media outlets
- Experience with social publishing and listening tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and basic creative editing applications
- Solid fluency in execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
- Strong hands-on skills in mobile photography, video capture, and real-time editing using mobile tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express/Lightroom)
- Professional demeanor with experience working directly with high-profile talent and key stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines and adapt to real-time, fluid schedules
- Willingness to travel and support digital requests outside standard business hours for live events, releases, and real-time moments

The expected compensation for this position is:
$72,000.00 USD - $90,000.00 USD
