You will be dedicated to the global PT Learning Hub and have a dotted reporting line to the Global Head PT Learning. This role is accountable for driving the organizational, mindset, and behavioral shifts required to elevate learning to a strategic business driver across Pharma Technical Operations.
The Opportunity
As the PT Learning OCM Partner , you will architect and drive the transformation of our Global Learning Organisation across our manufacturing network and global functions. In this role, you will lead the strategic shift to a modern Hub & Spoke operational model while steering our ongoing cultural evolution toward Learning 4.0—fostering competency-based development, digital adoption, and continuous capability building.
- Co-own and execute the overall Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for the Learning Organisation, aligning change milestones with key business transformation goals and site deployment schedules.
- Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses , stakeholder mappings, and organizational readiness assessments across diverse plant cultures, global functions, and leadership layers.

- Establish, train, and activate a global network of local Change Champions across sites and functions to drive adoption and gather real-time feedback.
- Drive stakeholder buy-in for the new Global Hub & Spoke operating model, ensuring site learning teams, Quality leads, and functional leaders clearly embrace new roles and governance pathways.
- Partner with project management leads to embed change management principles directly into project plans, steering committee reviews, and site rollout toolkits.

- Establish feedback loops and resistance management mechanisms to capture organizational friction and deliver targeted, site-specific interventions.
- Partner with learning design leads to dismantle legacy, passive "Read & Understand" habits, creating demand for interactive, competency-based learning (CBL) approaches.
- Demonstrate value and business impact by partnering with business leaders to show how modern learning directly reduces deviations, improves time-to-competence, and drives operational excellence.
Who You Are:
You are a transformative change specialist who focuses on achieving authentic behavioral shift rather than just following rigid frameworks. You bring empathy, strong listening skills, and the resilience needed to build alignment across complex, regulated manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading organizational change management, enterprise transformations, or strategic communications within global matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated experience driving actual behavioral and mindset shifts , moving beyond theoretical change frameworks to achieve measurable adoption.
- Applied knowledge of established change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR or equivalent) adapted flexibly to support large-scale operating model transitions.
- Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments , such as pharmaceutical operations or Quality/GMP site structures, including the practical constraints of plant floor operations.
- Proven track record in large-scale capability transformations , digital adoption, or operational excellence initiatives in industrial contexts.
- Strong multi-level communication and coalition-building skills , with a proven ability to translate complex strategy into relatable language and influence across matrix teams without direct authority.
