- Leading UX copywriting initiatives across our digital properties, recommending improvements, and collaborating with the localization team to ensure best practices are followed
- Lead the build and launch of new digital experiences through design input, content entry, asset management, and testing, across various platforms
- Supporting in analyzing qualitative feedback via Voice of Customer (VoC) and UX Analytics tools to identify friction points and recommending improvements for optimizing the site experience
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Guest Services, Technology, and Business teams to define and execute content updates across Arc’teryx’s various websites and mobile app
- Supporting and delivering localized content for digital roadmap deliverables and ad-hoc requests in collaboration with the localization team
- Supporting UX research projects using various methodologies to identify and understand user needs, ensuring insights guide future web enhancements and project initiatives
- Proactively seek ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks
- Assist with other projects as assigned

- Proposing enhancements to the CMS platform to improve both guest and business user experiences, driving its future evolution
- Collaborating with the UX Design team to help shape the future of the UX Research program and strategy
- Enhancing site localization by collaborating with local business teams to address unique regional user needs and streamline processes for new features and improvements across our digital properties
- Supporting the growth of VoC and UX Analytics by identifying gaps in existing platforms, analyzing industry trends, and advocating for new functionalities and enhancements.
Are you our next Digital Experience Specialist?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in Digital or Ecommerce, with a background in copywriting and content
- You have experience with project management software (JIRA and Confluence)
- You have experience working with CMS tools such as Sanity
- You have experience working directly with web development teams and familiarity with web, mobile, and Ecommerce technology
- You are a strong collaborator who can communicate effectively in multiple business areas and technical levels
- You have experience working in agile methodologies and iterative development processes
- You have experience with web analytics and the ability to work with data to guide and justify decisions
- You can manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- You have the ability and willingness to research and gain industry knowledge and best practices
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is: CAD$71,000 - CAD$93,000
