Prepares contracts and amendments for land and offshore rigs in L48 and Gulf of Mexico, together with contracts and amendments to incorporate NDS products and services. As required, assist with preparation of international drilling contracts and MSA�s for NDS products and services. Main coordinator for Apttus activity and status reporting on behalf of the Contracts Group.
2 years of experience of oil and gas service contracts. 2 years� experience of drilling and related services contracts BEHAVIORAL COMPENTENCIES Capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment with many conflicting sales requests/deadlines. Team player capable of performing in and supporting a small team. Must be well organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects. Must be capable of working effectively under pressure. Excellent people skills to deal with requirements of customers and Sales personnel
