Automotive Dealership Porter Associate – $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Part-Time | Tuesdays & Thursdays | Approximately 15 Hours Per Week

Typical Start: 8:00 AM
End Time: When the day's assigned work is completed

Area: Idaho Falls, Ammon, Shelley, Iona, Rigby, and nearby communities

Pay: $22.00++ per hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Hourly compensation includes a base rate and per-vehicle photo payout.

Pay may be flexible depending on experience and qualifications.

A Different Kind of Automotive Job

Looking for work that gets you out of a traditional workplace?

Pro-MotionPix works with automotive dealerships to help them keep their vehicle listings current and ready for online shoppers. We're looking for a dependable part-time team member to visit dealerships in the Idaho Falls area and complete scheduled vehicle assignments.

You'll spend most of your time outside and on your feet. Some days you'll be searching a lot for specific vehicles, while other assignments may involve moving cars, locating keys, checking inventory information, or documenting vehicles for online listings.

You'll also use a company-provided iPhone and mobile application to take standardized vehicle images, 360° views, and videos.

Photography experience isn't necessary. You'll receive paid training and learn our system, equipment, and expectations before working independently.

This position is about following a reliable process and getting assignments completed correctly—not creating artistic photographs.

How the Workday Comes Together

After arriving at a dealership, you may be responsible for:

- Reviewing the vehicles assigned for that location
- Finding specific vehicles throughout the dealership property
- Tracking down keys and confirming vehicle information
- Coordinating with dealership employees when something is missing or unavailable
- Moving vehicles into the appropriate location when necessary
- Photographing vehicles according to Pro-MotionPix standards
- Creating 360° views and vehicle videos
- Entering completed work through a mobile application
- Checking your work for accuracy before moving to the next assignment
- Updating the team when a vehicle cannot be located or an issue needs attention
- Traveling to additional dealership locations as assigned
- Finishing the scheduled workload within the expected timeframe

Because you'll visit customer locations on your own, being dependable and able to manage your time is important.

Your Previous Experience Can Be Valuable

There isn't one specific background we're looking for.

People who have worked in jobs involving vehicles, physical activity, customer locations, or independent work can often transition well into this position.

Relevant experience may include:

- Automotive dealerships or service departments
- Vehicle detailing or lot operations
- Warehouse and inventory work
- Delivery and route driving
- Construction and installation
- Landscaping or grounds work
- Maintenance and facilities
- Moving or other physically active jobs
- Merchandising or field service

If you're used to working with your hands, moving throughout the day, following instructions, and getting things done without someone standing over your shoulder, this may be a good opportunity.

- Can learn and consistently use a mobile application
- Takes responsibility for the quality of their work

Requirements

Qualifications

You should have:

- A valid driver's license
- A dependable personal vehicle
- A consistent employment history; one year or more preferred
- The ability to travel between assigned dealership locations
- The ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform routine physical tasks throughout the workday
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Basic comfort with smartphones and mobile technology
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous hands-on work experience is preferred
- Manual transmission experience is helpful, but not required
- The ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
