Work With Vehicles. Visit Different Locations. Keep Inventory Moving.

Pro-MotionPix supports automotive dealerships by helping them maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date online vehicle listings.

We're looking for someone dependable who enjoys being active, working outside, and visiting different dealership locations throughout the week.

In this role, you'll help dealerships get vehicles ready for their online listings. You'll locate vehicles, track down keys, move cars when necessary, and create the images, 360° views, and videos used to market inventory online.

You'll be provided with an iPhone and our mobile application, and we'll train you on exactly how the process works.

You don't need professional photography experience. What matters most is that you're dependable, organized, comfortable working on your own, and able to follow a consistent process.

What You'll Handle

Once you arrive at a dealership, you'll work through the assigned inventory for that location. Responsibilities can include:

- Reviewing your scheduled vehicle assignments
- Finding vehicles throughout dealership lots
- Locating keys and confirming vehicle availability
- Moving vehicles to the appropriate staging area
- Capturing standardized vehicle images
- Creating 360° vehicle views and videos
- Using a company iPhone and mobile application to document completed work
- Communicating with dealership employees about vehicle status and availability
- Reporting vehicles that cannot be located or are not ready
- Making sure each assignment meets Pro-MotionPix quality standards
- Traveling between dealerships according to your assigned schedule
- Keeping your work organized so scheduled assignments are completed on time

The job requires a combination of vehicle handling, customer interaction, technology, and attention to detail .

What Makes Someone Successful Here?

You don't have to come from the automotive industry.

This position can be a strong match for people who have worked in environments where they needed to stay active, manage responsibilities independently, and interact with customers or coworkers throughout the day.

Your previous experience could include:

- Automotive dealerships or service departments
- Vehicle detailing or lot operations
- Warehouse or inventory positions
- Delivery or route-based work
- Construction or installation
- Landscaping or outdoor work
- Maintenance or facilities
- Moving or other physically active jobs
- Merchandising or field-service positions

We care more about your work habits and reliability than having a specific job title on your résumé.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Shows up consistently and takes their responsibilities seriously
- Can organize their own workload throughout the day
- Is comfortable spending several hours on their feet
- Doesn't mind walking large dealership lots
- Can work outside in different weather conditions
- Communicates professionally with customers and dealership employees
- Pays attention to small details
- Can troubleshoot when a vehicle, key, or assignment isn't where expected
- Is comfortable learning new technology
- Can work without someone providing constant direction
- Takes pride in completing accurate work

Requirements

What You'll Need

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle for traveling between dealership locations
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday full-time schedule
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Comfort working outdoors in changing weather
- Basic smartphone and mobile-app skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Manual transmission experience is helpful, but not required
- Previous hands-on, automotive, warehouse, delivery, construction, or similar experience is preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Benefits

What We Provide

No Photography Background? That's Okay.

Our training covers the equipment, mobile application, vehicle workflow, and standards you'll need to perform the job.

The work isn't about artistic photography or creating a perfect studio shot. You're following a repeatable system to make sure dealership vehicles have the correct media for their online listings.
