Hiring a Regional Corporate Affairs Support! Job Description Provide communications support for a Plant Georgia and Plant Ohio with the position based at the Georgia location. The role involves working with plant leadership and the Internal Communications team to plan, develop, and deliver clear, timely communications for associates and other key audiences. The work schedule consists of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, usually Fridays. Responsibilities

- Support the development and coordination of plant communications, including leadership messages, associate updates, presentations, and storytelling.
- Assist with town halls, milestone activities, special events, and other plant communication needs.
- Coordinate photography, video, digital content, and communications materials with internal partners and vendors.
- Provide communications support during urgent or emergency situations, including occasional off-shift needs.
- Manage plant tour logistics.
- Maintain awareness of plant activities, align communications across both locations, and provide regular updates to plant and communications leadership.
- Support other southern locations as requested.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant communications experience.
- Strong writing, editing, organization, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work with leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple priorities and travel between locations as needed.
- Frequency of travel: 2-4 trips per year as needed.

Work Environment The position involves moderate physical activity, including bending, crouching, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling equipment, reaching, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking. There is no exposure to combustible liquids, compressed gases, extreme temperatures, or flammable gases. The role does not require driving a car or riding a motorcycle, and full-spectrum color vision is not necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Tallapoosa, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
