Position Overview
Acrisure is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Creative Project Manager to help scale and optimize our growing in-house creative team. This role will serve as the operational hub between marketing, creative, communications, digital, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake through delivery across multiple channels; web, digital, print, video, motion, events, etc.
The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager, process builder, and relationship manager. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can balance multiple priorities, and bring structure to complex workflows without sacrificing creativity.
This role is critical to helping Acrisure deliver high-quality creative work on time, on budget, and aligned to strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, from intake and prioritization through execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, and production schedules.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across brand, content, digital, events, internal communications, and campaign initiatives.
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure deadlines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
Creative Operations
- Own and continuously improve creative intake, briefing, review, and approval processes.
- Partner with creative leadership to establish scalable workflows, SLAs, and project governance.
- Maintain project management systems and reporting dashboards.
- Facilitate weekly status meetings, project reviews, and resource planning discussions.
- Drive operational excellence across the creative organization.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a point of contact between the creative team and business partners.
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans and creative deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder communications, timelines, approvals, and expectations.
- Build strong partnerships across Brand, Corporate Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing, HR, Sales, and executive leadership.
Resource & Capacity Planning
- Track team capacity and workload across internal team, freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
- Help prioritize work based on business impact, urgency, and available resources.
- Recommend staffing and resourcing solutions to support evolving business needs.
Reporting & Performance
- Establish and monitor key operational metrics including throughput, utilization, turnaround time, and on-time delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to creative and marketing leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall team performance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience within a creative, marketing, agency, or in-house brand environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and campaign execution.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Workfront, Jira, or similar tools.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting an in-house creative agency or corporate brand team.
- Familiarity with design and content development workflows.
- Experience with project management tools, specifically Monday.com and Workfront.
- Experience managing agency partners, freelancers, and external vendors.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
Success in This Role
Within the first year, you will:
- Establish consistent intake and prioritization processes across the creative team.
- Improve project visibility and stakeholder communication.
- Increase on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
- Help scale the creative function to support Acrisure's evolving brand and business priorities.
- Become a trusted partner to marketers, communicators, and creative leaders across the organization.

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $122,995 - $160,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
