The Quality Specialist will support the Senior Quality Manager with GxP compliance activities, employee training, process audits, document control, and quality improvement initiatives. This role helps ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, supports customer audits, maintains training and compliance records, and promotes a strong culture of quality throughout the operation. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay rate is $24.00 per hour, paid weekly.
## How you create impact

As a member of the quality team, the Quality Specialist will:

• Support the site’s quality program by assisting with GxP compliance activities, regulatory requirements, and quality-related initiatives.

• Coordinate and maintain employee training programs, including new hire orientation, recurrent training, retraining efforts, and training record management.

• Ensure training matrices are accurate and up to date while tracking training deadlines and compliance requirements.

• Perform audits and inspections, support client-specific order and shipment audits, and promote Good Documentation Practices (GDP) throughout the facility.

• Assist with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities, including root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.

• Support quality systems by maintaining calibration records, temperature monitoring reports, compliance documentation, and equipment records.

• Provide quality guidance and support to site leadership and associates while helping foster a strong culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

## What we would like you to bring

• 2+ years of experience in a regulated environment, with experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.

• Working knowledge of quality systems, GxP requirements, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), compliance processes, and audit support activities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, including experience with data entry, training records, documentation management, and compliance tracking.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with associates, management, customers, and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining an organized, methodical, and customer-focused approach.
