About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of a dynamic business operating 22 specialized health & wellness stores, supported by a rapidly expanding e-commerce platform.

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, sustainable sales growth, talent development, and best-in-class omnichannel customer experience. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and a proven track record leading high-performing multi-store retail operations.

What You Will Do

- ### Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- ### Own and drive key business metrics.
- ### Lead regional managers, store leadership teams, and commercial operations across the retail network.
- ### Identify and execute expansion opportunities, productivity initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- ### Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, visual merchandising, store layout excellence, and superior customer service.
- ### Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Digital teams to deliver business objectives.
- ### Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, leadership, collaboration, and people development.

Who You Are

- ### Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- ### 8+ years of successful leadership experience in multi-unit retail environments.
- ### Proven experience leading multi-store retail operations.
- ### Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- ### Results-oriented leader with exceptional people management skills.
- ### Proven ability to drive performance across large-scale retail networks.
- ### Strong financial acumen and expertise in commercial KPIs.
- ### Experience leading omnichannel and digital commerce strategies.
- ### Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, geographically distributed teams.
- ### English proficiency | B2+ level.
