- Perform and coordinate technical reviews of drawings, calculations, data sheets, vendor documents, procedures, and other engineering deliverables.
- Manage interfaces among engineering disciplines, equipment packages, vendors, contractors, operations, and customer requirements.
- Resolve design, constructability, operability, quality, and field execution issues using sound engineering judgment and timely decision-making.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and startup activities for assigned projects.
- Develop engineering schedules and look-ahead plans, identify dependencies and critical technical milestones, and maintain alignment with the integrated project schedule.
- Monitor engineering and vendor progress, identify emerging schedule impacts, and implement practical recovery actions with the project team.
- Support procurement through technical bid evaluations, vendor clarification, purchase specification development, and review of supplier deliverables.
- Support construction and commissioning through field visits, responses to technical questions, inspections, testing, punch-list resolution, startup planning, and turnover documentation.
- Develop engineering estimates and support project budgets, forecasts, commitments, cash flow projections, and cost-to-complete evaluations for assigned work.
- Evaluate technical alternatives and recommend solutions that balance safety, performance, constructability, schedule, lifecycle cost, and operational requirements.
- Monitor project performance against approved scope, budget, and schedule and identify variances affecting engineering execution.
- Develop or recommend corrective actions to control cost, protect milestones, and maintain technical quality.
- Maintain accurate engineering action logs, decision records, deliverable status, technical risks, and other project execution information.
- Provide concise updates on engineering status, key decisions, schedule and cost impacts, technical risks, and forecast outcomes.

- Use project data, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to identify trends and support timely execution decisions.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute technical and process expertise to improve project execution practices and internal systems.
- Identify, assess, document, and actively manage project risks related to scope, engineering, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and execution.
- Evaluate scope changes, budget revisions, schedule impacts, technical deviations, and change orders for assigned projects.
- Prepare required documentation, obtain approvals, and maintain traceable records of project changes and decisions.
- Facilitate working-level risk reviews and implement mitigation actions with project teams and stakeholders.
- Work directly with Commercial, Project Managers, Engineering, Operations, Construction, Supply Chain, Finance, and HSE to execute projects successfully.
- Coordinate technical submittals, equipment data, vendor deliverables, contractor work, field questions, inspections, testing, and turnover requirements.
