Your Role

- Lead production support operations for Data & Analytics platforms, ensuring stable operations, rapid incident resolution, SLA adherence, stakeholder communication, and effective coordination with offshore teams.

- Mandatory Skills:

- Databricks troubleshooting and support (hands-on)

- SQL and Data Analysis

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Airflow orchestration and DAG troubleshooting

- Power BI

- Incident, Problem and Change Management

- Production/Application Support Operations

Your Profile

- 7+ years of IT experience

- Minimum 3+ years in Production/Application Support

- Strong experience supporting Databricks, GCP, Airflow, and data platforms in production environments

- Experience managing client-facing support engagements

- Experience leading offshore support teams

- Independently manage and drive resolution of P1/P2 incidents

- Perform RCA and coordinate permanent fixes

- Interact directly with client stakeholders and business users

- Lead coordination between onsite and offshore teams

- Monitor production workloads and ensure SLA compliance

- Drive problem management and recurring issue elimination

- Support change and release management activities

- Establish proactive monitoring and operational excellence practices

- P1/P2 Incident Management

- Airflow DAG failures impacting SLAs

- Databricks job and cluster troubleshooting

- GCP support operations (Composer, BigQuery, GCS, monitoring/alerting)

- Client communication during outages and escalations

- RCA presentation and closure ownership

- Offshore team coordination

- KT absorption capability

- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
