You’ll create impact by: Manage product and small-system projects/orders from contract handover through delivery and contract closure. Serve as the main customer contact during project execution and ensure timely handling of technical and commercial matters. Coordinate with sales, engineering, factories, logistics, and service teams to meet contractual requirements and delivery commitments. Monitor delivery schedule, cost, cash flow, risks, and commercial performance Follow up on technical documentation, customer approvals, manufacturing, testing, shipment, and delivery milestones. Manage scope changes, variation orders, claims, and execution issues, taking proactive corrective actions when required. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality and EHS standards, company processes, while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Your defining qualities:
- Language requirements: Native Vietnamese / Advanced English.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the same or similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse business functions and management levels.
