Develops and translates our strategy into goals and short-term and long-term objectives. Ensures that our company does not veer from its strategic guidelines. Controls and oversees all business operations, workforces and ventures. Develops and implements a clear strategic plan.

Supervises our business in a defined country or region and is responsible for the workforce and operations in that location. Ensures each office runs smoothly and is compliant with our strategic guidelines and policies. Creates and maintains budgets. Coordinates with and reports to upper management. Manages more than uniquely the retail and/or wholesales activities of the brand in the defined geographical area and may have the title of Country/Regional CEO.
