How you will make history here...

Own the North America Sales planning rhythm and commercial performance-management governance that translate strategy into aligned decisions, forecast inputs, and action plans. Serve as the single Sales Operations process owner for commercial performance management and forecasting-support governance, including cadence, agendas, dashboard and KPI governance, enterprise performance view, gap/risk identification, action tracking, and decision support. Maintain one integrated U.S. and Canada view of results, forecast, risks, opportunities, and ownership while connecting Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Sales Operations through disciplined routines and leadership-ready insights.

What you will do...

• Own the Commercial Performance Management operating cadence, including agenda, pre-read, dashboard governance, KPI definitions, action tracking, and follow-through across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Sales Operations.

• Lead the North America Sales planning rhythm across AOP, IBP, rolling forecast, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring aligned assumptions, handoffs, risks, opportunities, decisions, and ownership.

• Own the Sales Operations R&O and gap-closure framework, ensuring material gaps have documented root cause, action owner, due date, expected impact, support needed, status, and escalation path.

• Translate pipeline, distribution, customer opportunity, and performance signals into commercial inputs for Demand Planning, IBP, Brand Review, CDR, and leadership routines.

• Lead Boost governance for Sales Operations, including required fields, opportunity-stage standards, materiality thresholds, scorecards, lock timing, and adoption reporting.

• Own customer/operator target-list visibility and CRM governance and business requirements in partnership with Field Sales, Marketing, broker leadership, and CRM analyst/partner resources.

• Set standards and priorities for KPI definitions, scorecards, dashboard governance, reporting cadence, CRM workflows, data-governance expectations, and platform adoption; technical build and maintenance remain with analyst/partner resources.

• Provide scenario modeling and decision support for pricing, distribution, forecast risk, growth planning, and leadership trade-off decisions.

• Drive adoption of standardized planning processes, reporting routines, CRM workflows, scorecards, self-service reporting, and leadership follow-through across U.S. and Canada commercial teams.

• Improve planning and performance processes by simplifying workflows, strengthening reporting discipline, and applying practical technology-enabled and AI-enabled ways of working.

• Lead and develop the Sales Planning & Performance team, including two NA Insights Analysts and the Canada Sales Planning & Performance lead.

• Prioritize analyst capacity toward high-value business decisions, leadership routines, self-service reporting, and sustainable support models; surface out-of-scope work for reassignment, simplification, or leadership decision.
