Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the telecommunications, power supply, and related industries by identifying opportunities, generating quotes, and closing sales for the company's product lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and providing product recommendations in collaboration with internal engineering resources. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, coordinating with warehouses and logistics to support timely deliveries, and updating CRM or sales tracking systems. The Sales Specialist will also participate in product training, stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings, and support sales management in forecasting, reporting, and executing strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term, solution-oriented relationships
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in technical, industrial, or electronic components, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Has an electrical engineering background, whether through education, training, or relevant work experience
- Ability to understand and explain technical products (ferrites, cores, thermal interface materials) and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Comfortable using CRM and standard office software for prospecting, reporting, and account management
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience or aptitude in sales management and training, including managing pipelines, forecasting, and supporting team and customer education
