We are seeking a Financial Management Staff (E4) – Portfolio Lead to join the F-22 Program Finance team. This staff-level position will lead a portfolio within F-22 Sustainment, helping ensure its financial plans, forecasts and business rhythm support program objectives.

The Portfolio Lead will guide a team of analysts through day-to-day activities and the month-end business rhythm. Responsibilities include setting priorities, reviewing work, providing clear direction, coaching and helping the team resolve issues and meet deadlines.

The role will oversee the portfolio’s financial performance, including budget execution, forecasts, cost and funding positions and emerging risks or opportunities. The Portfolio Lead will identify issues early, develop practical recommendations and communicate financial impacts clearly to leadership.

The Portfolio Lead will regularly engage with counterparts in the Program Office, Contracts and the U.S. Air Force. Building strong working relationships across these teams will be essential to resolving issues, aligning financial plans and supporting the F-22 platform.

The successful candidate will work with a high degree of autonomy, applying sound financial judgement to complex problems and developing solutions aligned with F-22’s financial objectives. They will balance attention to detail with the ability to see portfolio-level impacts and keep the team focused on timely, useful analysis.

Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, a related field or 4 years experience in absence of Bachelors Degree
* Experienece with Microsoft Excel
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
* Experience working under a large cost-type US Government contracts, including: Earned Value Management, incremental funding, Data Driven Metrics and Variance Analysis
* Experience with SAP and Deltek COBRA

Desired Skills

* Experience leading, coaching or developing a team
* Experience supporting quarterly financial outlooks and long-range planning
* Experience reviewing or evaluating proposal pricing and financial submissions
* Knowledge of Power Query or other data transformation and ETL tools

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
