Apple’s Sales Organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

A unique opportunity exists for an outstanding individual to contribute to the business planning and performance management for sales of Apple products in Malaysia. Leveraging a deep understanding of the country’s channel, product, and consumer landscapes, the Business Development Manager - Affordability will execute initiatives to improve capabilities, performance, and decision-making in support of Apple's business growth objectives in Malaysia, with a focus on affordability.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options, and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong business planning capabilities, with the ability to work within and design processes that lead to the development of innovative and commercially driven sales plans.
Keen awareness of local channel structures, emerging trends, and competitors' activities in the market, coupled with the ability to create and capitalize on opportunities.
Solid understanding of the financial institution landscape and financial products in Malaysia.
Proven track record of galvanizing, developing, and motivating high-performing, cross-functional teams that include diverse members.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior-level executives.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant work experience in strategy consulting, financial services, and/or business development is highly preferred.
Enthusiasm, personal drive, and creativity.
Ability to work effectively in groups and thrive without routine direct supervision.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and challenge the status quo.
Passion for delivering outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
Highly dependable and reliable, with a habit of following up quickly and consistently.
