About this role

What you will do

Working alongside transformation, engineering, and operations colleagues, you will lead the establishment of the performance and measurement infrastructure that enables the Product & Technology organization to move to AI-native development with confidence. You will contribute to team efforts to define the standards, metrics, and meaningful insights that keep delivery quality high as the organization scales its transformation, and partner with leaders across the organization to embed these practices into how teams work day-to-day.

- Build and operationalize an enterprise AI SDLC performance & insights program in partnership with Transformation leads, encompassing AI-native software development lifecycle standards, deployment guardrails, quality gates and operational readiness practices across the full Product & Technology (P&T) ecosystem.
- Establish and maintain engineering performance measurement across the software delivery lifecycle, with fluency in industry-standard DORA metrics and AI-era indicators spanning adoption depth, delivery health, and business outcomes.
- Translate metrics targets into actionable standards and controls.
- Evolve how the team acts on performance signals, establishing clear response frameworks that distinguish issues requiring leadership attention from those to track over time.
- Own the measurement governance lifecycle: metric definition, data sourcing, reporting cadence, threshold-setting, and periodic framework review to ensure relevance as the program scales.
- Champion change management for the continuation and acceleration of agentic development adoption, translating AI-forward strategy into practical workforce and operational impact across teams.
- Utilize AI tooling to effectively perform day-to-day responsibilities.

What you bring

- 10+ years in software delivery or product development, with 5+ years in a leadership role in a global delivery environment,
- Deep working understanding of agentic development models and AI tooling (GitHub Copilot, MS Copilot, and Claude); able to lead adoption as an operational and change management initiative,
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices,
- Fluency with DORA metrics and AI-era development measurement, able to interpret, govern, and act on delivery signals in a transformation context,
- Proven stakeholder management across engineering, business, and senior leadership audiences; strong communicator with leadership presence,
- Cultural fluency and demonstrated ability to seamlessly integrate with a global leadership organization,
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. An advanced degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or Technology Management is a plus.
