The Role
The Crown PlaySafe Advisor plays an important role in supporting Crown's commitment to responsible gambling while contributing to exceptional guest experiences across our integrated resort.
This is a unique role that combines guest engagement, stakeholder collaboration, responsible gambling initiatives, and regulatory obligations.
Working across a 24/7 rotating roster, you will engage with guests, collaborate closely with operational, leadership and support teams across Crown Perth, and contribute to business-wide initiatives that support Crown’s Crown ’29 Strategy and commitment to minimising gambling harm. Success in this role will rely on working together with internal stakeholders across the business, sharing insights and partnering with Crown PlaySafe teams across other Crown properties to deliver consistent, practical and guest-focused outcomes.
We currently have multiple opportunities available, including:
- 2 x Permanent Full-Time positions
- 1 x Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract / Secondment (18-month term)
- 1 x Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract / Secondment until February 2027

Key Responsibilities
- Build positive and professional relationships with guests across the resort.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting Crown's responsible gambling commitments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Crown's regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record incidents, prepare reports, maintain system records.
- Work collaboratively with departments across Crown Perth and other Crown properties.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and professionalism when managing complex situations.
About You
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts.
- Contribute positively to team culture by maintaining strong communication, sharing information effectively and supporting colleagues across rotating shifts.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement, with a positive, friendly and approachable communication style that creates meaningful connections and exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation, while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment built on trust, accountability and mutual support.
- A strong work ethic, personal accountability and commitment to reliability.
- Demonstrated resilience and the ability to remain calm and professional when managing sensitive or challenging situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive guest information.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of balancing guest experience with business objectives.
