Our Excelitas site in Kelheim specialises in the development and production of camera systems in the high-performance sector. Excelitas cameras are successfully used as standard products, but also in customer-specific systems of well-known companies, in the fields of scientific research, industry and the automotive sector.
Your tasks
- Serve as a strategic business partner to plant management and other key functions, providing guidance on financial and business-related matters.
- Take ownership of controlling activities for the Kelheim site, delivering meaningful reports, analyses, and insights to support informed business decisions.
- Manage investment controlling and provide financial guidance throughout the planning and execution of capital investment projects.
- Actively contribute to the preparation of monthly and year-end closing activities as well as forecasts.
- Coordinate and take ownership of the budgeting process for the Kelheim site.
- Apply your expertise to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Continuously enhance existing controlling tools, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.
- Support and manage funding and grant-related projects for the Kelheim site.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and actively drive the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
Your Profile
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Controlling.
- Experience in project and/or process management.
- Several years of controlling experience in an international business environment.
- Strong English communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to actively drive and embrace change.
- A genuine passion for the responsibilities described above and the motivation to contribute to the success of both the team and the organization.
- An interest in building a long-term career with our company and a willingness to work on-site in Kelheim.
