Your Tasks

- Lead projects in product and technology development

- Take on the roles of R&D Coordinator and Technology Coordinator in accordance with Q-PEP

- Plan and manage projects with regard to schedules, budgets, and resources

- Coordinate and provide functional leadership to interdisciplinary project teams

- Ensure project objectives are achieved through effective monitoring and controlling

- Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

- Successfully completed degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field

- Several years of experience managing development projects, ideally in a high-tech environment

- Strong knowledge of product development and product realization processes

- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups without direct disciplinary responsibility

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach

- High level of initiative, decisiveness, and sense of responsibility

- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
