The Nordic Technology Center of Alstom is an internal development and supplier organization for train onboard signaling; train control and communication system. The organization is global with sites in Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, France, and India. The team in Stockholm and Västerås is responsible for computers legacy control and communication products as well as new, input and output products, and human machine interface products. We are now investing in new products with increased performance, cyber security protection and increased functionality.

As Requirements Management Engineer (RME) you shall be a key user for requirement tools , manage requirement structure and support multiple programs by providing guidelines, coaching and training team members for the management and writing requirements. You will collaborate daily with the Program Development Managers, System Architects and engineering teams.

We will look to you for:

- Implement Requirement Management processes for product development

- Administrate and be key user for Requirement Management tool

- Drive the engineers in their requirements development activities

- Verify the data quality & consistency in the Requirement Management database

- Manage the requirements changes & configuration

- Be the first line contact for Requirement Management queries

- Master’s degree in engineering like System Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar.

- Previous working experience (3-5 years) as requirement manager, requirement engineer (Doors and Doors NG).

- Previous working experience with DevOps (CI/CD)

- Previous working experience in international teams

- Previous working experience in configuration and change management.

- Experience in the development of embedded software and hardware.

- It would be highly appreciated if you have knowledge and or experience of industrial or railway safety standards (IEC61508/EN50128/EN60567/EN50129).

- Fluent in English. Swedish is an advantage.
