The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the People & Culture Operations, Governance and Insights team as a P&C Operations Analyst , where you will play a key role in supporting people operations, workforce reporting, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the People Intelligence team and broader P&C function, you will gain exposure across People Intelligence, Performance & Reward, Payroll, Risk and Governance which will inturn provide you with a strong foundation to develop a broad HR operations and analytics career.

Within this role you will contribute to the delivery of accurate reporting, data quality initiatives, governance processes and operational support while helping improve team efficiency and effectiveness across the People & Culture portfolio.

To do this successfully you will

- Provide high-quality operational and administrative support across the People & Culture Operations, Governance and Insights portfolio.
- Prepare recurring workforce reports and undertake data analysis to support business and people-related decision making.
- Support data validation, quality assurance activities and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain workforce, remuneration and governance information to ensure records remain accurate and compliant.
- Assist with remuneration and performance cycle administration and support market benchmarking activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting processes, data quality and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain governance registers, documentation, Workday knowledge articles and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and track actions arising from governance and operational processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate work within agreed timeframes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

Successful Applicants will demonstrate

- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and spreadsheet-based reporting.
- The ability to interpret, analyse and present data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to process improvement and a willingness to take ownership of operational activities.
- An interest in developing a broad understanding of People & Culture operations, workforce analytics, governance and reporting.
- Experience in HR, payroll, business operations or a related administrative environment will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to Workday or other HRIS platforms and reporting tools will be advantageous.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Business, Analytics or a related discipline.
