Key Responsibilities:

The Institutional Engagement Specialist shall provide assistance and technical expertise in engaging local churches and academe for Resource Development in order to support World Vision’s strategies and programs that promote, protect and sustain children’s well-being.

This is an open-ended post based in Quezon City.

Major Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with schools and churches for new funding opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen existing and new relationships with school administrators, students, and pastors.

- Help in maintaining, updating, and growing the records/ database of partner schools and churches.

- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic institutional engagement/partnership and direct marketing strategies and activities that would increase target acquisition rates based on plans.

- Implement the promotion of local fundraising efforts in target schools and churches through production of direct marketing materials (e.g. proposals, presentation decks, collaterals, etc.) that are in accord with WVDF standards.

- Prepare and submit periodic and monthly accomplishment reports as well as proposals to increase the accomplishment of monthly targets.

- Coordinate with WVI, regional office, support offices, and field offices for alignment of strategies and partnerships.

- Organizational contribution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related courses, or any Social Science course with equivalent experience in fundraising and direct marketing.
- At least 1 year of substantial experience in fundraising and direct marketing.
- Knowledge and skill in direct marketing sales, and fundraising.
- Skill in creative and/or technical writing.
- Good grasp of trends in the corporate and development sectors, and civil society groups.
- Reliable skills in networking, partnership building, and collaboration.
- Good listening, facilitation, and people skills.
