Business Analyst

Are you passionate about data quality, data governance, and business analysis? Then this position is for you.
As a Data Analyst / Data Quality Business Analyst , you will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality, and reliability of strategic data used across Finance and Risk environments. You will act as the link between business stakeholders, data consumers, and technical teams, transforming business and regulatory requirements into sustainable data solutions.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, support production activities, and help drive initiatives aimed at improving data sharing, governance, and operational efficiency.
Build side:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements related to data management and reporting.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and sustainable data solutions.
- Assess impacts of new requirements and coordinate stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Participate in the design and evolution of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Contribute to the enhancement of reference data, nomenclatures, dictionaries, and related data repositories.
- Analyze data structures, flows, and dependencies across multiple systems.
- Support Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of new features and process improvements.
Run side:
- Monitor data quality and consistency across multiple data sources and business domains.
- Investigate rejected, inconsistent, or incomplete data and identify root causes.
- Coordinate production support activities and contribute to incident management processes.
- Follow production releases and go-live activities, ensuring smooth deployment and operational continuity.
- Track and report data quality indicators, incidents, and operational KPIs.
- Support stakeholders in understanding data issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and reporting requirements.
- Prepare operational reporting and communicate findings to business and technical stakeholders.

You have 2 yhears of experience working in data management, business analysis, data quality, or information systems environments . You enjoy analyzing complex data ecosystems, solving business challenges, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to improve the quality and reliability of critical information.
