- Select cloud, hybrid, or Local AI approaches based on data sensitivity, IP, residency, connectivity, latency, security, and cost.
AI Product Architecture and Opportunity Assessment.
- Assess customer, domain, operational, and regulatory needs with product teams; determine where AI adds value and recommend an evidence-based approach.
- Guide suitable product AI opportunities from discovery through design, validation, release, and operation with product, systems, engineering, quality, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
- Define reusable product patterns for data, models, retrieval, inference, integration, and deployment across Local AI, hybrid, and cloud, aligned to product context.
- Address product safety, cybersecurity, privacy, reliability, performance, explainability, interoperability, maintainability, and lifecycle cost.
- Establish risk-appropriate verification, human oversight, monitoring, updates, incident response, fallback, and rollback practices.
