Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Sound theoretical as well practical knowledge of Axle & transmission
- Experience in dealing Quality issues & NVH analysis & Failure parts analysis
- Sound knowledge of Assembly Processes & Testing
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills to establish quality systems / procedures and managing resources
- Experience in Handling customer complaints and inline rejection analysis

BE - 3- 6 yrs., DME - 4 to 10 yrs.
