KBR is looking for a Corporate Timesheet Analyst for 1 year with possible extension to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE for ME projects

Position Summary

The Timesheet Analyst is responsible for governance, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of workforce time recording processes across the Middle East Region. The role serves as the regional focal point for timesheet management, labor charging controls, workforce analytics, and process automation.

This position will work closely with Project Accounting, Project Controls, Operations, HR, and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate labor cost capture, improve data quality, strengthen internal controls, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Beyond routine administration, the role is expected to identify and implement automation opportunities, leverage AI-enabled solutions, and develop analytical tools that improve workforce visibility and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor timesheet compliance across all Middle East locations, ensuring timely submission and approval of timesheets through regular engagement with employees, line managers, and business leadership.
- Coordinate with Project Controls, Project Timekeepers, and Project Accounting teams to ensure accurate labor charging and timesheet coding in accordance with project and corporate requirements.
- Produce and analyze weekly compliance, exception, and workforce reporting for regional management, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support workforce utilization and labor cost reporting initiatives
- Support the administration and bulk upload of site-based timesheets, including remote project locations and rotational workforces.
- Perform reconciliations between leave records, workforce data, and timesheet systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Act as the regional focal point for timesheet-related queries, process governance, and data quality initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of timesheet processes through automation, workflow enhancements, dashboard development, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Project Controls, and Digital teams to strengthen workforce reporting, labor cost visibility, and operational controls.

Experience required:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in project accounting, workforce administration, project controls, finance operations, business analytics, or a similar function.
- Strong analytical and data management skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar reporting and automation tools is highly desirable.
- Experience working with timesheet, ERP, project accounting, or workforce management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, implement automation solutions, and improve data quality and reporting controls.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographically diverse locations.
- Interest or experience in digital transformation, AI-enabled process improvements, and business process automation is preferred.
