<b>Overview</b><br><p>The Sales Enablement &amp; Operations (SE&amp;O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale. <strong> </strong> <strong> </strong></p><p>You will be part of a select Enterprise (Software Development Partners - SDP) Team that helps businesses achieve their digital transformation and business goals with Microsoft solutions and partners. Whether your segment is Customer or Partner focused, key to the role is the ability to drive actionable outcomes, guide and optimize the sales process Segment and sales leaders. You will cross-collaborate with other roles to forward-looking performance recommendations of your segment. We are looking for an outcome-driven Sales Excellence (SE) to support the EMEA SDP (DN, ISV) organization current and forward-looking business goals. You will drive a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB) with cross-functional teams to ensure quality four-quarter (4Q) rolling business outcomes. You will work with Segment and Sales leaders to instill sales process discipline on pipeline health management, guide Sales Leaders on Microsoft sales methodologies, and collaborate across roles and segments to proactively seek resolution to manage change within your segment. </p><p>Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities, driving early intervention and accountability to improve business performance.<span> </span></p><p><strong>Rhythm of Business &amp; Sales Execution Governance</strong><br>Lead and orchestrate disciplined business rhythms that enable data-driven decision making. Partner with Sales, Finance, and BSO stakeholders to ensure clear actions, ownership, follow-up, and consistent execution against business priorities and performance indicators.</p><p><strong>Sales Excellence Transformation &amp; Change Leadership</strong><br>Drive the implementation and adoption of evolving Microsoft sales strategies, operating models, and core motions. Influence stakeholders across organizations to standardize execution, improve sales effectiveness, and accelerate business outcomes through scalable transformation initiatives.</p><p><strong>AI-Enabled Insights &amp; Analytics</strong><br>Leverage data, AI-powered insights, predictive signals, and automation to improve business visibility, forecast accuracy, decision quality, and operational efficiency. Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and accelerate execution.<span> </span></p><p><strong>Strategic Planning &amp; Commercial Excellence</strong><br>Partner with Segment Leaders, Finance, Business &amp; Sales Operations, and regional stakeholders on fiscal year planning, investment prioritization, and growth strategies. Translate business priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and scalable execution frameworks.</p><p><strong>Stakeholder Leadership &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><br>Build trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, BSO, and Leadership teams to align priorities, influence trade-off decisions, and drive adoption of Sales Excellence standards across geographies and segments.</p></div><p> </p><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><div>Required Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Sales Management, Account Management, Business Planning, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or related fields; </li><li>Experience leveraging data, analytics, and business insights to drive executive decisions and measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, or related functions.</li></ul><div>Preferred Qualifications: </div><ul><li>Demonstrated experience driving business performance management, pipeline governance, forecasting, and sales execution rhythms.</li><li>Proven ability to design and implement scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and business transformation initiatives.</li><li>Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect business priorities, market signals, and growth opportunities into actionable plans. </li><li>Advanced analytical capability, including experience with AI, Power BI, business intelligence tools, and AI-enabled insights to improve decision quality and execution effectiveness.</li><li>Demonstrated change leadership, influencing skills, and ability to drive adoption across complex, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed organizations.</li><li>Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for leveraging AI and modern technologies to transform business processes, improve productivity, and accelerate business results.</li></ul> <br><br><p>Sales Excellence IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 79,700.00 - £ 133,900.00 per year.
