Responsibilities:
- C oordinate and Contribute: Support a range of activities from purchase orders to accounts payable - billing phase
- Engage with DIA customer, ensure seamless communication with installation technicians
- Project Planning : Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues
- Delivery Coordination: Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with customers
- Shipping Process: Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues
- Return process: Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items
Qualifications:
- A ctive student status for at least one more year at a Hungarian institution.
- English language skills at B2 level (spoken and written).
- French language skills at B2 level, with a focus on written communication.
- Confident Excel user, capable of working efficiently and accurately with spreadsheets.
- SAP experience is a plus .
- Open personality, adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week , from Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid work model preferred – 50–50% office-based and remote work.
