Logistics Business Process Owner (BPO)
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global Logistics process strategy, governance, and target operating model.
- Lead process standardization across warehouses, sites, and regions while promoting best-practice, fit-to-standard solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Master Data, and Finance processes.
- Oversee testing, user acceptance, change management, and business readiness activities to support successful process adoption
- Own end-to-end Logistics process performance and outcomes.
- Chair process governance forums and ensure adherence to standards.
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, on-time delivery and logistics costs.
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Own enhancement backlog and strategic roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation or Supply Chain process management.
- Deep knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, transportation and distribution processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or IT.
- S/4HANA, EWM, TM and pharmaceutical experience preferred
