Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM implementations, transformations, and enhancements.
- Lead requirement discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and architecture workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design scalable solutions across: Procurement and Sourcing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Sales and Distribution Product Information Management Master Planning Demand and Supply Planning Production Control / Manufacturing Transportation Management Asset Management
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Define the overall D365 SCM architecture, including integrations, extensions, security, data migration, and reporting.
- Provide architectural guidance on configuration vs. customization and recommend solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Design integration approaches between D365 and enterprise applications using appropriate Microsoft integration technologies.
- Collaborate with D365 Finance, Commerce, CRM, Power Platform, Azure, data, and integration teams where cross-platform processes are required.
- Review functional design documents and technical designs and ensure adherence to the target architecture.
- Provide guidance to functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and integration teams.
- Lead solution design reviews and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
- Support data migration strategy, master-data design, cutover planning, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, performance testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Identify solution risks, dependencies, and architectural constraints and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with business leadership to establish an effective Dynamics 365 SCM roadmap.
