Your Role

We are looking for a motivated graduate who will join our Digital Manufacturing Engineering team in Sedico (BL).

- Main Responsibilities :

Digitalization and optimization of production reporting systems and information flows

- Improve efficiency in collecting, processing and distributing data required by manufacturing departments to support operational activities

- Design and develop scheduling algorithms to optimize the match between production mix and plant capacity, considering process and workforce constraints

- Support the deployment, extension and adoption of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) solutions across production areas

- Analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for process improvement through digital tools and automation

- Collaborate with production teams to understand operational needs and translate them into digital solutions

- Develop and maintain software tools, dashboards and applications supporting manufacturing operations

- Main Requirements :

Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Information Technology; technical high school diploma in Computer Science or Software Development will also be considered

- Knowledge of programming languages and technologies (preferably Python, Java, PHP, HTML and SQL)

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude

- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with willingness to work directly on the shop floor and interact with operators and stakeholders

- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing complex challenges

- Curious mindset with a strong motivation to learn new competencies outside the primary area of expertise

- Passion for digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
