Job Purpose

The purpose of this job to support in Financial Accounting and Reporting for Corporate Books. Ensuring Monthly End activities like Accrual of cost, allocation of cost are done accurately as per MEC timelines. This also includes Accrual analysis and GL Scrutiny and control, Proper Accounting, Payments and advance payments of Vendors (HR/admin/Digital).

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Monthly Accrual of Expenses related to Enterprise IT, Enterprise Back-office Digital, DKYC, Admin and HR.

- Ensure Verifications, actualization and knocking off provision against invoice bookings before MEC timelines.

- Check inputs received from user departments for provisions/accruals and its ageing and discussion with respective user teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.

- Co-ordination, compilation and basic verification of PnL and BS schedules received from internal team members.

- Preparation of Financial MIS and Reports for analysis.

- Independently handling Corporate Cost Allocation

- BRS review

P2P

- Accounting and payment of Travels vendors, Hotel, Premises Rent, Electricity, Club Membership, Events, Manpower Salary / all other payments of HR and Admin

- Creditor, Advances, Accrual Ageing analysis and control

- Ensure timely preparation of summary of Invoice Pendency & mail to user for clearance & provide details of GL/IO/CC as per nature of activities.

- Ensure TDS & GST compliances for related expenses and vendors

- Compliance to Accrual Governance Policy

Project

- Handling specific project costs as when required.

- Continuously looking for process automation and digital initiatives for better efficiencies.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Education Qualification

CA

Years of working experience

Minimum 3-5 years in corporate financial closing and reporting, with direct experience in trial balance review, P&L and BS schedule preparation, and audit facilitation. SAP FI experience is mandatory.
