Soho House is a private members’ club and luxury hotel in Barcelona . Located in the city’s historic Gothic Quarter, it’s surrounded by rich architecture, palm-lined squares and medieval heritage. The House is a short walk from Drassanes metro station, connecting guests to major hubs like Catalunya, and a 30-minute drive from our private members’ club in Garraf, Little Beach House Barcelona . Inside the House, you'll find 56 bedrooms, warm Mediterranean-inspired club spaces, and a pool, spa, and gym in Barcelona

Main Duties

- Maintain and regularly update employee databases and HR records, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and up to date.

- Manage employee documentation and ensure that HR files are maintained correctly and confidentially.

- Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to employment details, transfers, promotions, absences and offboarding.

- Support the migration of employee information and HR data to the new Factorial HR platform .

- Review, clean and validate existing employee data prior to migration. Ensure employee information is correctly transferred and maintained within the new platform.

- Collaborate with the HR team and relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies during the migration process.

- Assist employees and Managers with basic queries relating to the new HR platform.

- Support employees with HR-related needs, questions and concerns, escalating matters to the HR Manager when appropriate.

- Work closely and consistently with Managers across the business to understand and support their HR needs.

- Act as a reliable HR partner to the business, ensuring that operational priorities and people needs are effectively balanced.

- Maintain close and continuous collaboration with managers in the diferents departments Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Mainteinance, Events, membership. Health Club & others Understanding the specific HR needs of each department and provide appropriate support.

- Assist Managers with recruitment, staffing, employee relations, training and other HR requirements.

- Support the recruitment and selection process according to business needs.

- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.

- Support the HR Manager and Managers with disciplinary processes and employee relations matters. Ensure disciplinary documentation and records are accurately maintained.

- Assist with payroll and novelties, including new starters, leavers, changes in salary or working conditions, absences and other relevant updates.

- Follow up on payroll-related queries from employees and Managers.

- Support the coordination of employee training and development activities.

- Assist with scheduling training sessions and communicating training requirements to employees and Managers.

- Maintain accurate training records and ensure employee participation is properly documented.

- Manage and coordinate uniform orders for employees. Maintain appropriate records of uniform allocation and stock.

- Ensure employees receive the appropriate uniform according to their role and department.
